Apple shipped iOS 7 Gold Master to developers last week and the public release is set for Wednesday, September 18. However, as one would expect, the mothership is already hard at work coding a trio of iOS updates, including v7.0.1, 7.0.2 and 7.1, the latter being an iPad specific release.

This news comes via rumor wünder kind and Apple bête noir Mark Gurman, who has noted the appearance of iOS 7.0.1, 7.0.2 and 7.1 in web server logs.

“While the first version of iOS 7 will arrive for end-users [this] week, Apple is already well into testing for iterative updates to the revamped operating system,” writes Gurman. “Apple employees seem to already be testing iOS 7.0.1, iOS 7.0.2, and iOS 7.1.

“While we cannot absolutely confirm that these tests are occurring inside Apple, it seems likely based on the cities in which these operating systems are being tested,” he added.

Specifically, IP addresses logged tracked back to Cupertino and Palo Alto.

So, are you and your iPhone iOS 7 ready?
